We went to church and then came home and the boys got to play with Nana and PaPaw. They seem to be enjoying their time and I am sleeping the day away. Sad really because it is such a beautiful day. May call and see if they can change my prescription...should not be sleeping this much this much!

So sleepy. Did spend some time with a friend who brought us a meal and came to play with her kiddos. That wore me out and the boys are having fun playing with Daddy and Nana. Missing my little guys and the daily interaction. So grateful for awesome friends and family.

Surgery day. All went well and I slept most of the day after. Don't remember a whole lot from today but the boys seemed to do well for Nana. I got a rare photo opp with the boys this morning before heading to the hospital so I was happy. :)

Anxiety. That is what today was full of for me. Just waiting for tomorrow and anticipating. Just want to have it over with. Want to hug on my boys but Nana and PaPaw are here so they just want them. I know it's normal but still made me a little sad. I am thankful they have a set of grandparents that will come and visit so not a complaint, just more of an observation of how I was feeling today.

The boys got a haircut today at the barbershop again. They are just so stinking cute to me. And their little haircuts make them look oh so much older. Sigh. I want them to be my babies forever and ever. They are both talking so much more. Noah is coming out of his shell little by little. Cameron is just as wild and crazy as ever. But a day doesn't go by they don't make me laugh at least once that day. I'm such a lucky, lucky mommy.

What an eventful day the boys had. We went and met some friends at the park first thing this morning. And they always love the park. Then we came home and shortly after arriving Nana and PaPaw arrived. The boys went crazy! I videoed it I got such a kick out of listening to them. It amazes me how vocal they are now. So a fun filled day with Nana and PaPaw and now listening to them still playing music and once in a while chattering in their cribs. Such busy little guys!

So Noah will some day hold this one against me. He didn't want to take his jammies off this morning and then decided he liked to pull them down ever so slightly. Of course resulting in the infamous butt crack photo. Ha!

Cameron was acting like a crazy kid this morning. He kept saying "tired" and yet didn't want to nap. Not until his brother was going to as well of course. I tried to do some cleaning around the house since the in-laws arrive tomorrow and it just didn't happen. No fever, I asked if he felt bad and he said nothing, just said "tired." So I held him half the morning. Which in all honesty doesn't bother me. Just feel bad we have company coming to a messy house.

They were so good this evening after their nap. They watched the neighbors out the front window for like 30 minutes right after their bath. Noah just sat in the window so sweetly and they kept pointing out people and watching the neighbors mow and edge their lawns. I would have taken them outside but they were already in their jammies and headed to bed soon. Needed to keep them calm. One bad thing about it being light for so long this time of year is they don't get to enjoy it as much as I would like. They will only be 2 once and I am trying to love every minute of it. :)

Rainy day but a good day. We actually needed the rain. Mike grilled for lunch and then we went to a neighbors house for dinner. It was fun. The boys had a ball and of course didn't want to come home. They were exhausted! And Cameron got to hold their sweet little six month old. Still didn't make me want to have another child but she sure is a cutie! It was nice to have Mike home all day for the whole three days. And I even got to take Indy for a walk after the boys went to bed. Just a nice day all the way around...rain and all.

And this little phone is what has taken the place of both of my cameras for the time being. Really missing the DSLR though. :(
